Game Change Request Form

Use this form to request a game change. An email will be sent to the Requestor listed on this email approving or denying the request.

NOTE: All game changes made after the deadlines below, absent extraordinary circumstances (inclement weather, rink equipment malfunction, etc), will incur a $100 fine to the requesting team.

NJYHL Rule 31 regarding Game Changes:

All League games (including 8U games) must be scheduled (and/or subsequently rescheduled) by the Association’s designated master scheduler. Once games are scheduled, Associations are responsible for sending their game schedules to the Administrative Vice-President and Master Scheduler, who will upload the schedules to GameSheet.

1. As a matter of policy, once the schedules are uploaded, League games should be honored as scheduled and changes limited to unusual or extraordinary circumstances.
2. Any changes after September 15 for 14U, 16U, and 18U teams or October 15 for 10U and 12U teams will result in a $100 administrative fine to the initiating team.
