MORRISTOWN, NJ – Following two days of play at Mennen and South Mountain, another set of NJYHL Champions have been crowned. The morning started with Brick Hockey Club facing off for a title against the Jersey Wolves in the 14U-A National division.

It looked like the Wolves would snatch the win, but the third period changed the tide for Brick. With a 2-1 advantage heading into the final period, Brick needed a hockey miracle. Early into the third, they managed to tie it up, but the rest of the period was a nailbiter. With only three minutes to go, Brick managed to score another goal and get the advantage that they would hold onto until the end.

In the 12U-AA division, Princeton Jr. Tigers and Flyers Youth took the ice for a championship matchup. The Jr. Tigers controlled the game, skating to a victory Saturday evening. Flyers Youth will have a second chance for opportunity when they face off against the Union Thunder on Sunday evening at South Mountain.
