Suspension Served Form – New Jersey Youth Hockey League

SUSPENSION SERVED REPORTING FORM

Use this form to notify the NJYHL that a player has served their game misconduct or match penalty in accordance with USA Hockey, AAHA, and NJYHL rules.

If you are reporting a suspension served for a MAHA team (18U-AA, 16U-AA National, 16U-AA American, 14U-AA, or 12U-AA) please use the MAHA Game Served Reporting Form.

NJYHL Rule 63 regarding suspensions:

When a player, coach or other team official receives a game misconduct or match penalty in an NJYHL game, that suspension must be served in the immediate subsequent League game(s). This is independent of any USA Hockey suspension incurred, although they may be served concurrently. If the next scheduled game is non-league, the USA Hockey penalty must be served in that game with the League suspension being served in the next League game.
