Team Roster Update Request Form
Use this form to request that your team roster be updated on GameSheet. This form is not to be used for temporary changes; it should be used when you are making a permanent update to your roster such as adding a player or coach who was previously redlined or who will be joining your team for the duration of the season.
To move a player within your Association from one team to another temporarily, use the Skater Movement Form.
To move a goaltender within your Association from one team to another temporarily, use the Goaltender Movement Form.
